Mental Health Programming for Teens

Adolescent Partial hospitalization (PHP)

The PHP is a structured day program that stabilizes significant mental health symptoms quickly. Clients can then focus on core issues and functionality. Our adolescent PHP offers an academic component to support students during treatment.

Adolescent intensive outpatient (IOP)

This after-school program can be used as an early intervention when symptoms first appear or as a step down from higher levels of care. For teens who complete PHP, they can enter IOP as they transition back to a regular school schedule.

Adolescent Co-occurring IOP

This is a specialized program to help teens recover from both mental health disorders and substance use disorders at the same time.

Tween Program

This program focuses on communication skills, self-esteem and social skills for preadolescents ages 10-13 and incorporates experiential therapy.

Treatment for Adults

Mental health PHP for adults

The mental health PHP group offers dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills training, psychoeducation and group and individual therapy and to treat primary mental health disorders. PHP stabilizes significant mental health symptoms with a structured program that meets daily.

Mental health IOP for adults

This part-time program is a step down from PHP. Clients continue to receive group and individual therapy for primary mental health disorders but with less frequency. The IOP groups are offered during the day and evening to give working adults flexibility.

Adult Substance Use IOP

Our substance use IOP treats primary substance disorder and has day and evening flexibility. Our integrative approach to addiction treatment uses a combination of therapies based on the unique needs of each client.

Adult Co-occurring IOP

Our specialized co-occurring IOP track for adults treats mental health disorders and substance use disorders simultaneously.
