Treating Veterans
Treatment for veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders and other conditions is available at High Focus Centers within a mixed treatment population. While this is not solely a veteran program, our team of professionals have experience with military trauma and are qualified to provide extra support to veterans with PTSD. Attending groups in a mixed treatment population can also help veterans to develop skills for successfully navigating civilian life post-deployment. Veteran PTSD symptoms often closely resemble those shown by individuals with non-military trauma – and the same is true for PTSD treatment for veterans compared with non-veterans.
Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA-CCN)
High Focus Centers is a proud partner of the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA-CCN).
The VA-CCN is comprised of facilities that are pre-approved to accept veteran benefits and TRICARE, giving veterans timely and convenient access to behavioral healthcare. Each facility in the Community Care Network (CNN) uses industry-standard practices to administer treatment and quickly pay for services.
In order to secure funding for your treatment through the VA-CCN, you will need both a referral and an authorization from the VA. Veterans usually acquire these by visiting their local VA office for an appointment with their primary care doctor. If you are seeking treatment from High Focus Centers, you can discuss the referral process with your doctor.

Our specialists are experienced in working with veterans and the VA. When you’re ready for treatment, we understand how overwhelming or frustrating the entire process can feel. The team at High Focus Centers has expertise in navigating the VA-CCN system, and we make it a priority to get our veterans the treatment they need and deserve.
Not all veterans are eligible for coverage via the VA-CCN. High Focus Centers accepts most commercial insurance as well as self-pay.
