Mental Health Programming for Adolescents

Adolescent Partial hospitalization (PHP)

PHP is a daily program that quickly stabilizes significant mental health symptoms, allowing our PHP clients to focus on restoring functionality and balance. This track includes an academic component to support students throughout their treatment.

Adolescent intensive outpatient (IOP)

This is a part-time, after-school program that serves as an early intervention for teens when symptoms first appear. Teens who complete PHP can step down into this program as they transition back to a regular school schedule.

Adolescent Co-occurring IOP

This specialized track so for teens who have both substance use disorders and mental health disorders. Both are treated simultaneously to increase chances of sustained recovery.

Tween Program

This program emphasizes communication skills, self-esteem, social skills and mindfulness for preadolescents ages 10-13. Designed to meet the unique needs of tweens, it also incorporates experiential therapy and includes psychiatric evaluation and medication monitoring as needed.

Treatment for Adults

Mental health PHP for adults

This full-day primary mental health program stabilizes significant mental health symptoms. Therapy modalities include group and individual therapy, psychoeducation, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills training and more.

Mental health IOP for adults

IOP is a step down from PHP. This part-time program continues the therapy modalities of our PHP track on a less frequent schedule. These groups are offered during the day and evening to give working adults flexibility, while still providing structured and regular support.

Adult Co-occurring IOP

Our specialized co-occurring track treats mental health disorders and substance use disorders at the same time so that our clients have a better chance of reaching sustained recovery. Since each disorder can exacerbate the other, treating them simultaneously leads to better outcomes.
